around the world, are willing to provide and share their enhanced concepts/innovations and/or valuable expertise with companies,
organizations, and agencies, and develop potentially mutually beneficial cooperation.

However, after simple registration and creation of an Concepts, Opportunities, Research, and/or Expertise Seeker's (CORES) account,
any registered CORES will have the password-protected privileges to be logged into the Concepts, Opportunities, Research, and/or
Expertise database.
Registered CORES are able to review brief descriptions of the offered Concepts, Opportunities, Research, and/or Expertise (CORE),
and to add, modify, or delete a brief description of their own CORE Needs and/or Requirements, free of charge, without any commitments
or obligations. They can contact CORE Providers to obtain detailed description
of CORE, after completion of the NON-DISCLOSURE / NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT, if necessary. They are also able to negotiate with the
CORE Providers, with or without the Encore Global Network
involvement, the best and potentially mutually beneficial sale, marketing, or professional assistance agreement.
The Encore Global Network reserves the right to refuse participation in this free marketing of Concepts, Opportunities, Research, and/or
Expertise to anyone, if any of the terms and conditions set forth and/or applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards could be
violated by the listing.
