Encore Global Network Affiliate (EGNA)
|
The Encore Global Network's Affiliates (EGNA), are usually result-oriented professionals with vision and drive, involved in
"innovations and talent scouting", establishment of the best matches between offered Concepts, Opportunities, Research, and/or
Expertise by CORE Providers and the specific needs and/or requirements
by the CORE Seekers, assistance in forging effective collaborations between
all parties involved, and/or project coordination, if it is required.
As visitor of the Encore Global Network's web site, a potential Affiliate has limited review access of the Concepts, Opportunities,
Research, and/or Expertise database. However, in order to become registered EGN Affiliate (EGNA), completion of the potential EGNA
application, and our approval after verification of the credentials, is required.
Registered EGNA, pre-qualified independent contractor, are able to review brief descriptions of the offered Concepts, Opportunities,
Research, and/or Expertise (CORE) listed by both CORE Providers (COREP) and CORE Seekers (CORES) and also contacts any party to offer
assistance to find suitable match, assistance in forging effective collaborations between all parties involved, and/or project
coordination, if such activities are desirable and/or required. The Encore Global Network’s Affiliates’ (EGNA) proposed professional
assistance, including finding best-match, involvement in negotiating best and potentially mutually beneficial sale, marketing, or
professional assistance agreement between CORE Providers (COREP) and CORE Seekers (CORES), or project coordination assistance to be
presented and coordinated with EGN Staff, and thereafter, the scope and compensation to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis with
COREP and/or CORES.
The Encore Global Network reserves the right to refuse application approval and/or proposed professional help related to Concepts,
Opportunities, Research, and/or Expertise assistance to COREP and/or CORES to anyone, if any of the terms and conditions set forth and/or
applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards could be violated by the offer.
